@Ask_Spectrum I’d rather not waste more of my time on hold or with some automated messaging system not understanding the issue and then telling me to restart my router. Hard pass. Maybe stop monopolizing internet in my area so I have other provider options.

@Ask_Spectrum I tried. 3 different times! I’m sick of it! I’m so mad right now! Like for real, brand new router, like new model, just bought last week, even the client service chat people have said no connection issues. I have a technician set to come out Thursday, but this is ridiculous.

@BonsaiBroz @Ask_Spectrum honestly, they have a monopoly here because nothing else is avalible in my middle of nowhere town. I would love to switch to something else. I have had bad upload speed for years, its just unbearable now
