Amazing experience with Diego and the team atMilan Salon. From mymanicure tomy hair, they made mefeel athome. Iwill schedule afacial the next time Icome for amani/pedi.
I originally came for aroot touch upbecause I’m intown for work, not knowing the warm and loving treatment Iwas going toget. But Ileft with this being mynew favorite all inone salon inMiami. Diego really knows curly hair and how tohighlight and color ina way that compliments both natural styles AND blowouts.
Everyone here has their speciality when itcomes tohair, nails, and skin.Walking distance fromSLS, Four Seasons, and other hotels/residencies.

Worst customer service ever don't goyou unless you want topay for attitude. Seriously Ilike supporting local businesses the owners should care more about the experience people are having. They decide tocharge what they feel. Itused tobe 37dollars for amani pedi now they charge 60I don’t even get amassage

I recently moved toMiami (Brickell) and needed anew hair stylist. One day walking mydogs asee Milan Salon ona window, inside acondo building. SoI got home and called. Igot anappointment pretty quick with Cesar. Well what can Itellyou, best decision ever. Iswalking distance, they use great products, Cesar isnot only kind but super professional. Inow gosee him very month, for root touch upand highlights. Highly recommend!

Found this spot while walking mydog and thought how convenient, should give them atry! Iwas honestly delighted. Ultra friendly spot! Iarrived drenched from rain and they offered todry myshirt! Iwent infor hair colour and Caesar was phenomenal. Very experienced and knowledgeable, gave meexactly what Iwanted, and with such kindness. For such apricey neighbourhood, this salon isrefreshingly affordable. Iwill begoing back for all services, and recommending toall myfriends!:)

La mejor peluquería enBrickell sin lugar adudas. Meatendió Gustavo, unautentico profesional; super amable ylo mas importante, domina esas tijeras que dagusto, mequedo elpelo como nuevo yestupendo!! Dagusta tratar con gente tan amable yaun mas sies enun sitio tan limpio, bonito yagradable. Recomendable al1000%, ademas los precios son insuperables.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Iwill never goback.
Went for agel manicure and regular pedicure ata 6PM apptmt slot. Icould tell the nail tech was rushing and ready togo home. She did not scrub the feet atall and after saying “ow” 3times when she was cleaning anail onmy foot, she continued todo the same thing until Itold her tostop.
For the manicure, she painted one coat onone hand and two coats onthe other hand then began adding the top coat. Itold her tostop, she had only don
e one coat onone hand. Instead ofre-doing the hand, she painted over the top coat. She did not clip the cuticles atall. The nail polish ended upflowing over mynail.When Ileft, the man incharge agreed the manicure was terrible. Heoffered for meto come back this week and get itredone. Iappreciated the offer and went back less than aweek later and they told memy tech would bea woman named Flor this time. Iarrived and they said Flor had called out sick and the only other tech was the same woman. Iasked why they did not call toinform meso Idid not have toleave work early and they could hardly communicate withhim, offered nosolutions and refused torefund mymoney.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! IWILL NEVER GOBACK.
